Couldn't contact the local office, every number is a corporate number. At least they spoke English. No help at all.

how can an organization be the leader in anything if they can't/don't provide service in your area in the first place? checked their website and they claim to provide service in Bremerton but only in very specific and insignificant loctions. if they can't even provide an accurate representation of what they can cover, I wouldn't trust then to accurately provide service.

Wave pledged to honor agreement when they took over another provider. They did not. I was supposed to have unlimited low speed internet for life at 19.99. They honored that until they decided they would not. Our data transfer policy allows us to keep our internet pricing fair, while still being able to invest in our networks to maintain optimum performance for every internet customer."They increased my basic rate by 50% in the last year by way of two rate increases and have told me to expect more rate increases. However, if you take into account the actual bill they bill me at 350% of what they pledged to maintain. How is that reasonable?Their customer service is mixed. It includes exceptional and very poor members. If you are having a problem with one, I very much recommend asking to speak with someone else. You won't be satisfied necessarily but you won't have your blood pressure escalated either if you are lucky enough to speak with someone more professional.I also recommend filing a complaint with WA state office of the attorney general if you experience similar, so my complaint will not stand alone. Very high priced for what you get. they nickle dime you for every little thing that should be part of the basic service. They make you pay extra for higher speed internet, but there is no verification of what speed you are getting. They need to be audited to make sure you are getting the speed you are paying for. Some HD channels cut out or are not clear and show pixel drop. When you loose service for awhile, they don't reimburse you unless you push them on it. Unfortunately there is much other choice.
