        Overall

        I do not recommend this title company to no one, especially if you are dealing with a foreclosure. The company lacked on responsibility to located former owners. I had to pay out of pocket for public access records to locate the former owners. After I have located the people, it took the company additional 30 days to finish up. After said and done the company sent our Realtor a bill of $500, saying "it should be more" claiming all the work that I did. After everything was said and done, they are the reason why we lost our home that we worked so hard to get. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST.
