        I went to the drive thru at this Tom's and ordered two items. They got both items wrong. I ordered a Chef's Salad with no onion. I received the salad with onions! I also ordered A Taco Salad with Carne Asada. I paid and drove back to work on the other side of town to find there was not any carne asada on the salad!!! When I called to complain they said they knew they forgot to put the meat on the salad and that If I wanted to I come back for it!!! It was too much time away from work and too much gasoline to drive back. They were rude on the phone. I will never ever go back. Bad service and they cannot get an order correct.

        No apology

        Ordered a burger and got home and it was not what I had ordered u would think that if u order something u would atleast get it but ppl for future reference dnt order extras on ur burger it's too much for them to remember to do plus they not once apologized for making it wrong and said I'd have to go back when it should have been done right the 1st time. I do not recommend a friend also threw up for days after eating there too they lost a ex loyal customer. A simple "I'm sorry and a free something would have been appreciated.
