        We enjoy visiting Texas State Parks and have experienced RV living. If I may add, we are avid RV'ers ourselves. We designed our RV park with YOU, our guest, in mind. We know you will enjoy this home away from home so we would love to have you join us. We are 2 friendly and helpful people that if you need assistance setting up your RV, we will be more than happy to assist you. We want to ensure you are happy and confortable here.

        We are a brand new RV park located just 10 minutes from downtown Pleasanton, Texas and 25 minutes south of downtown San Antonio and the famous river walk. Park features:Located on 4 acres on a quiet and pieceful country roadGated with remote control access for your added security. Paved sites and roads with 18 pull thru sitesEvery RV site was designed with you in mind so that you can enjoy the evening shade. You will definitely enjoy this feature after a long hard day at work when all you want to do is sit right outside your door and relax. Cement pad with picnic table for you to enjoy a great BBQ Laundry facility with a covered porch, A/C, and coin operated washers and dryers for your convenienceUtililities and Wi Fi included in monthly rate (additional fee aplies for over usage)Friendly on site management to quickly serve you The city of Pleasanton has plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, & much more. If Pleasanton doesn't have what you need, we're only 20 minutes south Brooks City Base. This newley developed retail/hospital/military base area has lots of shopping and great eating places you will enjoy.If you enjoy fishing, Braunig lake is the place to go - it is 15 minutes away. Choke Canyon Lake is 45 minutes south towards the Texas Gulf Coast on I-37 South.
