        The manager of this establishm...

        The manager of this establishment treats both customrs and employees with a lack of respect. I stopped in there for a perm and the girl who did the perm was doing a marvelous job, but the manager just kept on her the whole time I was there. While the girl was taking out the perm rods, she came over and just started taking them out and told the girl she couldn't remove rods in the same place she (The manager) was removing rods and the girl was already there removing rods. Then she told me to sit up and when I didn't sit up as much as she wanted, she asked me if I was stuck. Since I am overweight, I take that as a slur regarding my size. The manager also picked up some of my belongings from a stand, looked under them and put them down.

        Her whole attitude was one of contempt for employees and customers. It will be a long time before I return to that salon.
