Mt Nebo Storage

I just moved here with my family from the south and my neighbor told me about mount nebo. The owner Kim is so wonderful and helped me just not with my moving but also even gave me advice on area. The units are spotless its a newer building i got a large unit and prices were less than Guardian which is a chain. I also like knowing the owner maybe i'm old fashioned. Also it's very easy to get to a few minutes off of interstate

Great service, fair prices. I've used other storage places around north hills and this one is by far the best. Manager is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend you don't waste your time going anywhere else.

KIM THE OWNER IS A LIAR. PERIOD. NEVER STORE YOUR STUFF THERE! THEY'LL SELL IT AND NOT TELL YOU! THEY SOLD ALL OF OUR BELONGINGS AFTER BEING FORCED OUT OF OUR HOUSE DUE TO EVICTION WE DIDNT EVEN GET TO CHOOSE WHERE OUR STUFF WAS BEING STORED. THEN AFTER FINDING OUT OUR THINGS WERE PUT IN 4 SEPERATE STOREAGE UNITS AT MT. NEBO STOREAGE FOUND OUT THAT THE 4 STORAGE UNITS ARE OVER $400 per unit PER MONTH X 4 UNITS. IF I WAS IN EVICTION AND MY STUFF WAS TAKEN HERE BECAUSE I LOST MY HOUSE HOW THE HELL WOULD I AFFORD $1600 A MONTH WHEN WE WERE LIVING OUT OF A HOTEL IN CRANBERRY!
HEY JUST PILED OUT STUFF UP LIKE IT WAS GARBAGE TO BE THROWN OUT. INCLUDED WITH EVERY ITEM OUT FAMILY HAS EVER OWNED, THEY ALSO SOLD A SAFE WITH A GUN MY GUN IN IT AND NOW WHO KNOWS WHERE MY GUN IS. MY FAMILY OF 4'S WHOLE LIFE WAS AUCTIONED OFF WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE AND PLUS A FAMILY BEING EVICTED CANT AFFORD 1600 A MONTH FOR STOREAG, IF I COULD AFFORD AN EXTRA1600 A MONTH I WOULDN'T HAVE LOST MY HOUSE, BUT NOW BECAUSE OF KIM AND HER HUSBAND THEY SOLD EVERYTHING. THEY HAD MY EMAIL AND PHONE NUMBER AND NEVER CONTAACTED US SAYING THEY WERE AUCTIONING EVERYTHING! KIM YOU ARE A LIAR AND SO IS YOUR HUSBAND. YOU LIED TO US AND SAID EVERYTHING WAS FINE, AND YOU'D WORK WITH US, THEN WE FIND OUT THEY AUCTIONED OFF EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!! OVER $100,000 IN CUSTOM FURNITURE, MY FAMILYS BABY BOOKS, EVERYTHING WE EVER OWNED INCLUDING A 9MM FIREARM WERE SOLD ILLEGALLY AND WITHOUT NOTIFYING US BEFORE HAND SO WE HAD A CHANCE TO NOT LOOSE EVERYTHING WE EVER OWNED. I HOPE KIM READS THIS, YOUR THE SCUM OF THE EARTH, I'M NOT ONLY POSTING THIS HERE BUT EVERYWHERE AND ANYWHERE I CAN! DO NOT USE MT NEBO STORAGE! ITS A SCAM TO SELL YOUR THINGS. DONT BELIEVE A WORD THEY SAY. I HOPE YOU KIM EXPERIENCE HALF OF THE PAIN MYSELF AND MY FAMILY FEEL AFTER YOU ASSURING YOU WOULD NOT SELL OUR THINGS. I highly recommend this place. I was desperate to find place and they answered the phone on a weekend evening, met me the next morning during off hours to get me my unit and even offered to drop off my lease and keys. The manager was very nice and the place is very clean and nice.
