Pump it Up

Worst customer service ever!!!... Everyone has a negative attitude from Judy/ Trudy the manager who attempts to fast and overtalk you and chastise parents like they are children. The teens who watch the inflatable bouncey machines dont intervene or help the kids so they dont trample one another and dont even smile...All I wanted was to reserve a spot for the Jolly Jump event on Saturday.Had trouble with the online system...Called to reserve and spokr with the manager who was unprofessional, ignorant and disrespectful and attempted to chastise me like I was a child..Will never return to this place..

I was extremely grateful to have Pump it Up Piscataway agree to host an Autism Awareness fundraiser for a local organization, Autism NJ. The facility is brand new and very spacious! We were also able to utilize one of the three party rooms for pizza and drinks during our event.



There were a total of 51 children who attended the fundraising event, many of who are on the Autism Spectrum. The facility was large enough to accommodate us without feeling cramped. and without the children being over-stimulated.



The staff was exceptionally patient and interactive with the children at this event.



Overall, it was a huge success and will definitely be returning to this facility!
