Tuffy's tried screwing us out of a $187 to replace a serpentine belt in our 2 year old car to pass inspection. We took it to another place the very next morning and passed inspection with flying colors!
My husband even asked the inspector to look at the serpentine belt that Tuffy's claimed said was, "Ready to break......" The guy said it looked brand new.
I've written the news station, I'm filing a complaint with the BBB, writing reviews online, contacting the state inspection people, calling their corporate office and anything else I can do to spare others being screwed out of their hard earned money.
My husband went in to the location to confront the manager with a store full of customers to tell him he wanted a refund and the manager told my husband, "Sue me...."
