Had really bad expirience with her she is not professional she never calls when she says she is

We booked a cruise for our honeymoon and paid it off in Feb.2013 and she told us she would have our confirmation papers 2 weeks after and she didnt she would tell us to go a certain time n make us wait to for nothing and would say" i cant download it "when shes the one who told us to go because she would have the cruise is on April 20th which is almost here i got tired of her excuses i was beign very patient but i had to end up telling her to give me my money back she did because she messed up somehow but did not explain to me what happened right she blamed it on the cruise line and did not apoligze so we had to book it ourselves and we did not have any trouble i give her no stars she made my life so much more complicated and i have alot of other wedding stuff to worry about we paid her to do a job and she didnt

MY SISTER AND I WENT TO LOOK FOR VACATION OFFERS FOR ROSARITO, MEXICO... SHE WAS UNPROFETIONAL, DIDNT GIVE US A PRIVET CONSULT WAS LETTING EVERYONE HEAR OUR BUSSINESS... PROMISSED TO CALL NEXT MORNING NEVER EVEN TOOK MY NAME DOWN AND NEVER CALLED...CALLED HER SISNCE SHE DDINT CALL AND PRETENDED SHE WASNT THE ONE WE TALKED TO WHEN SHE SAYD HER NAME WHEN SHE ANSWERED .....BASICALLY WASTES YOUR TIME, EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

My Mom HAS ALWAYS GOT HER TAXES THEIR SINCE I WAS A LIL GIRL

AND THEY ARE GREAT NOW THAT IM OLDER I CAN DO TAXES I LOVE IT THERE THEY ARE

NICE AND THEY UNDERSTAND REAL WELL.I WOULD DIFFENETLY RECCOMEND THIS

PLACE TO ANYONE!!!!
