Fil and his staff are very professional, very motivated people. They listed my house and sold it in about 8 days. They stayed on top of the escrow insuring it kept moving and closed on schedule. What more could you ask from a real estate agency? The entire process from start to finish was handled with perfection. They take extreme pride in keeping you updated through the progress step by step as well as looking after your best interest. This was very important to me as I didn't know anything about selling a house. I will use Fil Castaneda again and would highly recommend Fil and his Company to anyone interested in making sure the transaction of selling or buying a house goes smoothly and with the least effort possible from the seller or buyer.

I am a school teacher and was looking for my first home when I contacted Phil. He was recommended to me by several family members that he had helped with home purchases before. Immediately upon contacting him, I knew I had found the person that was going to help me find my first home.
