Waffle House

I have called the WH on pearson rd for 2 hrs to make a call in order, I hv a sick person at my house and cant be gone long, they NEVER answered the phone, it rang and rang, I started calling at 7, its 9:22 pm. I then called the one on Hwy 80 in Pearl. They answered on the 2nd ring. I live on the Pearson rd side so I go there AT LEAST twice a week, I will NEVER EVER darken their door again! Horrible service, staff, etc.! Whoever runs these stores better get a grip! The only reason I gv it one star is b/c it wouldnt let me submit without it!

Lousy service. Don't waist your time at this Waffle House.

I went to waffle house this past week and the service was awful and shameful. I have to ask to get my glass filled with water several times because my server was too busy dancing with the cook. My server decided to take over for the cook and cook my food with her bare hands without washing her hands. Seeing my server who wasn't suppose to cook my food cook my food with her nasty greasy, dirty hands was not what I wanted before work. The worst part was that I was one of two customers in the entire building. My server and the cook danced the entire time to rap music while grinding on one another. I saw two customers come in and leave within about five minutes of being there. This Waffle House needs to learn from the Waffle House on Pearson road in Pearl, MS. That Waffle House has great employees.
