Forever 21

I went today (4-16-16) and was horrified. I had found something online that I wanted to get for a formal event. The forever 21 in Hattiesburg, MS has had things I've seen online so I thought I would give the one in Pearl a try. I was horrified. The employees were cussing at each other and the store was a mess. There was no organization at all. It took me 20 minutes to find even a dress. And of course they only had dark dreary colors (the one I found online was teal blue). I got a black dress that was on sale, and when I wentry check out. I was appaled at what the checkout lady was wearing. She barely had any clothes on (and definitely needed to have some on). She and the other checkout person were yelling at another Outlet employee across the store and didnt even offer a thank you or have a nice day. This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Forever 21 and I love their clothes and prices.

HORRIBLE service. Only one employee was working the register and there was one more just standing there. The first employee was trying to give someone store credit and there was a long line waiting... A couple people in front of my family and I asked if another person could come and check people out(because there was such a long line) or if the other employee standing there watching could check people out. Both said nothing and just completely ignored them as if they weren't even there. The second employee (just standing there) was holding back his sass, but he didn't say anything and just kept this "I'm better than you people" kind of look on his face. When we started to check out with the first employee, the second employee finally opened another register up and said in a passive aggressive way, "I can get the next customer over here!". ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! He didn't open up a register for us and the people in front of us because we complained and asked for another employee to check out customers so the long line would go faster... My family and I thought it was so rude and it left a bad impression on Forever 21 for us.
