Member of a group fitness class at this private gym. Personal trainer is awesome & value received from his training far exceeds price I pay... which is super reasonable to begin with. Bathroom is always clean & smells nice for a gym bathroom. Lots of free toiletries, fresh towels, cool & refreshing drinking water and well maintained equipment. Thanks Mike for making a difference in my life & inspiring me to live, remain active & eat healthy.

My trainer & I have been training at MPC since 2013 & can't imagine a better place or finer community of professionals than what can be found there. It's a gem of a private gym in Pasadena CA.
