        this place sucks so bad is not...

        this place sucks so bad is not even funny. The first issue I had time ago was a manager flipping out on me because I went to get a new battery and was entitled to a credit for my old one. The mechanics there told me to let the manager know they had the battery but he flipped out and told me to go back to the mechanics, get it and bring it to the register for him to issue the credit. I called customer service and got rid of my pep boys card at the time but nothing was resolved. Last week my gf went to get an estimate for a car repair, after being quoted 90 bucks she wanted to shop around and see if there was a better price anywhere. When she got back to pep boys and decided to get the work done the price went up from 90 to 230 dollars even if she had a written estimate in her hand! If you can stay away from this place, definitely do so
