I would highly recommend using Moody Realty Co. Inc to buy or sell your next home! The staff is very attentive and available whenever you need them I've been working with them for a while, and they've delivered what they promise every time.

I would highly recommend Moody Realty and specifically Brent Knott. Brent was understanding and helpful on our search for a home in Paris TN. He showed us some that weren't what we were looking for and didn't seem bothered by the waste of time. When we found our home, the process was simple which included a referral to a loan agent in town. This referral was extremely helpful since we were relatively new to the area. With the ease of the search, the kindness of our realtor, the referral to a loan officer locally and the ease of the offer and closing, I can't imagine having any better experience than the one we had with Moody Realty and Brent Knott.

I am from out of state and was looking for property in Tennessee my wife and I found a home we were interested in. Moody Realty took are of the rest and everything worked out great.

I want to that Rick Moody and his wonderful staff for all of the hard work they have done for me. I was working with another realtor and my home was not getting any offers but after I listed with Moody Realty we had many offers and we ended up selling our home very quickly and not have to wait long at all.

I've known Bill for the longest time. He's a good man that has raised excellent children that got into his business. Anyone in that office with the last name Moody will do you right and work hard to make sure you're pleased. With that said, they have an employee that cannot take responsibility for his own actions, even with something as simple as raising a dog correctly and being responsible for it's actions. His name is Darius Hastings. With the way this man immaturely acts in public and with the way he handled a situation that's all his fault, I would have a hard time believing he'd have the best interest of the customer in mind- this man has no business being in a public business and I think his presence tarnishes the reputation of a good man and a good business. This isn't to say to not do business with Moody, just do not talk to Darius Hastings.

I highly recommend Moody Realty because they take the time to make sure that I found exactly what I was looking for. The whole process is stress free and I didn't have to worry at all because they take care of everything. They are very patient and professional and I appreciate their hard work.

Used them twice. Avoid Darius Hastings. Everyone else in the office is ok and pleasant to work with.
