Pantego Bay

I'm not sure which restaurant the other reviewers were in or if they were the competition out to slam Pantego bay but we loved it! We have been there 3 times and have tried several things on the menu and liked each dish. The staff is nice and it is packed every time we drive by. It has a unique atmosphere and is charming. Worth a visit to decide for yourself.

Horrible service and food!!! Clueless... They don't know the difference between appetizers and entrees. Food is tasteless and cold. Obviously they have no restaurant experience. It is pitiful!!!

Don't even think about going to this place!!! It has been open 2 weeks and we went at 9:30 pm after the dinner crowd left. The wait staff does not have a clue. The young lady who was to serve us did not know what beers were on tap and handed me her "cheat" sheet to look at. My wife wanted hot tea and was told that it had to be brewed. It came out luke warm, not hot I ordered a doz oysters on the half shell and the fried oysters for my entrée. I chose a small dinner salad in place of the two sides. My wife ordered the fried shrimp with "grilled corn on the cob" and the green beans. 15 minutes later, she brought out the entrees and went back to the kitchen. The oysters on the half shell were next brought out and I had told her that they were the appetizer! My fried oysters come with a huge pile of fries that I did not order. Finally, 5 min later my salad came out in a soup bowel and was smashed down with no dressings. My fried oysters were bland and had no taste. I told her to take the oysters on the half shell away and take it off the bill. Should have kept the shucked oysters and sent the fried back. My wife's fried shrimp were frozen, not fresh and had no seasoning on them. The grilled corn on the cob tasted like it had been in boiling water all day and thrown on the grill for a few seconds. She was shocked when she tasted the green beans and they were fresh and good. Overall, we will never go back again! To top everything off, another female wait staff stormed out and in a loud voice said " I am not coming back!" and a manager said "good!". Drama, crap for food, not trained wait staff is what we got for our $44!!!!

WHAT A JOKE.THIS PLACE DESERVES TO CLOSE ON OPENING.FAST FOOD IS BETTER THAN THIS JUNK!
