Owner yells at customers and pesters them to tip employees in order to thoroughly clean there vehicles.

Today I took my infiniti to this car wash for a detail. I had been given a recommendation while in this area. At first I thought great, they do it by hand. Upon being seating in their waiting room a porsche carerra pulled in. I then noticed the men on my car all went to detail the porsche. In about five minutes I was told my car was ready. Upon pulling away I noticed that all windows were dirty and had never been cleaned, dashboard and items in front not wiped off. I had an appointment so going back thru was not an option, and when I got to my appt I then saw that two of my wheels had not been touched were dirty as when I pulled in. Called the manager and was told the complaint was noted. Of course I will never return and believe that manager or owner should of offered to credit my account.. Also, the Infiniti was new , but I guess they are only interested in Porsches.
