Legacy Place Store:
The Help:
First of all, the general moral of the employees is down right poor. They just don't seem to care to be there let alone provide a quality product with good service and a smile. They are not polite and not courteous whatsoever. I would think good, cheap labor is a dime a dozen these days, so I don't know why they keep these people on staff. The managers and owners are never there so I suppose they just aren't aware.
The Bagels:
The bagels are sub par at best. After toasting, the seem to shrink to about 3" in diameter. They spead on 6 times as much cream cheese than is necessary (wasteful) using a metal spatula that squashes the bread down flat. I actually had to ask for a knife to scrape off what seemed to be an entire tub of cream cheese just so I can throw it out. What's worse? They over bake the bagels and burn a lot of them. I actually think this is due to toasting because they look half decent in the baskets but that's where half decent ends.
The Coffee:
Absolutely horrendous. Lukewarm at best if you prefer cream or milk. They often let the coffee tanks go dry, waiting for a customer to let them know before they roll their eyes in disgust that they have to make more. I've seen half & half sit empty on the self service counter while customers line up, waiting for a time for one of them to interject and ask the girl taking other customers' money, to let her know she needs to replace it. It's remarkable how much communication occurs between the shifty eyes of customers in disbelief.
The Soda:
I only bought one. All I can say is it tastes stale. Not flat but stale as if the pressurized hoses it pours from haven't been cleaned and sanitized EVER!
In Summary:
Please, please, please save your money or go elsewhere. I made a point to spend a morning writing this so that you don't have to feel the way I do right now.
