Order truss package for a simple house from this outfit. Salesperson came out and Miss measured the home. Trusses came out wrong. Ended up having to pay for a crane two times. Had to pay my guys to take the wrong trusses off and reset another set of trusses. Second set of trusses were mostly correct other than three more dresses I ask them to add to the order which were wrong. The sales person who Miss measured told me they would take care of it the extra crane charge and the labor to take the old bad trusses off and reset new ones. Now they won't answer my phone calls or my emails and I've got nothing from them but a bad set of trusses that I had to haul off. Do yourself a favor from a reputable supplier. I've included a picture of the trusses that I had to haul away. As you can see that was no easy task.
