Parks Electric Company was formed by Russel & Barbara Parks in 1977. Russell worked at Cape Canaveral and many local companies in Volusia County. Russell's son Bob was introduced into the business in 1982 and successfully operated Parks Electric since Russell's retirement in 1994.
