        You have a great crew at the Blanding shop. My timing belt went out and had it towed. They worked non stop for about 6 hrs to identify the problem, estimate the cost and speak with me about the job. All was reasonable. They made sure I understood what the problem was and educated me when I didn't. Richard and Jim have great customer service skills and I will always use this location before I go anywhere else. Thanks !
