Hayama Japanese Restaurant

Ive been going here for awhile getting the same thing every time i ordered something different but had gotten in the past they over charged me and they where really cheap on my order and i decided not to tip i am dissatisfied with the service so upon leaving they waitress came running out say that i did not tip and dammed that i do no one gets tips just cause there told you earn it and i feel that was rude and uncalled for i do not recommend it to anyone ive been to many different restaurants and never was told to tip especially them asking for $5.00 .

Oh WOW that happened to me too! Was it the one with the dyed red hair? Except in our situation, she gave us one of those paper menus for the buffet that was already written on, so of course, they sent out more food than they should have, then made us pay a la carte. It was clearly written on already, crossed off, hard to read, then we said fine NO TIP! So she came outside, to our vehicle, furious, saying "AT LEAST A CERTAIN PERCENT AT THIS RESTAURANT FOR TIP." My friend's boyfriend said that the only time anyone ever was like that was a strip club which caused even more issues for us that night. I wonder if it was the same waitress.

Me and my boyfriend eat out at Hayama's at least twice a month. It's become a routine. Well tonight, we ordered something different than usual, a scorpion drink for two, and got charged a lot more than we usually do than if we ate at a "Chinese restaurant." Therefore, did not have enough for a tip, we did not budget well this once. Well the waitress ran outside, and it's raining, demanding a tip, making me open my purse and show her if I had money or not. Needless to say, our trips to Hayamas are over, unfortunately. That may have been the rudest I've ever been treated at a restaurant.

Excellent food. Would highly recommend Great family night out and laughs
