Empire Visionworks

This is the most inconvenient and rude vision center i have ever encountered. First off, I went there last year for an eye exam the old skinny lady with the glasses was extremely rude to me for no reason. The evil old blonde as the last review called her It seems like they don't like to do their jobs. Then over the summer i ordered a three month supply online because i have the same prescription in both eyes it took a week and they were supposed be there overnight to my house. Then i decide to come back to the Oneonta Visionworks to order another prescription this month and they told me it would take a week. 2 weeks later I'm being told I may have to wait another week. Meanwhile i'm stuck with one lens that i'm switching between eyes. I have to drive back and forth to work. This is crazy I want a refund!!!!!

Everyone was great except for the evil old blonde at the main desk. She was very rude, had no tolerance for questions and was quite dismissive.
