He instead manufactured a $275.00 bill with no supporting documentation and said, "That's just how it is." This is how he acted when he thought no one was looking.

I've found him to be very honest and reliable. I used to go to a tire kingdom but they were always more expensive and charged for ancillary things. I like to get different opinions and he has saved me money on more than one occasion, not to mention he's usually pretty quick at getting me in.
