Primary Care
Call our office at 913-764-2737 if child has a temperature elevation of 101º F or greater in the first 48 hours or persistent vomiting. For temperature elevation after 48 hours or development of a cough, call your pediatrician or primary care physician.

Welcome to Midwest Ear Nose & Throat, LLC Our practice was established in 1987 to provide quality care of the entire head and neck region to the residents of Olathe and the surrounding communities. We have particular expertise in sinus and allergy disease, pediatric and adult hearing, sleeping disorders and thyroid disease.

Following graduation, he completed his internship in General Surgery at St. Luke's Hospital in Kansas City, followed by a residency in Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery at the KU Medical Center.
Otolaryngology
Guerin M. Smith MD, is a board eligible otolaryngologist, focused on providing excellent and compassionate care to patients in Olathe and the Greater Kansas City communities. He attended the University of Nevada, Reno as an undergraduate followed by medical school at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He completed a five-year residency in otolaryngology at the University of Louisville in 2020 prior to joining Midwest ENT. Empathy and shared decision-making are core principles of his practice.
