Payless ShoeSource

I went to the location to trade out a pair of shoes with receipt in hand. But it was the wrong store. I told the store manager that I had spoken to her about the shoes and she said I hadn't. So I told her I had gotten the address off the internet and it said that I was in the right location. She then told me, "I TOLD YOU I did not talk to you this morning." I then told her and I told you that I had gotten the address off the internet. It was an honest mistake however she got very rude about the whole deal so I walked out. She needs people skills and NOT fly off the handle when dealing with customers. To make a long story short, I did go to the wrong store but she could have been more professional about it, with a store full of customers present.
