On January 1st 2017 transaction for $7.36
Due to banking holidays on January 3rd transactions show up online FIVE (5) transaction charges for $7.36
The overcharge of $29.44 needs to be returned to the account.
On January 5th 2017 went into McDonalds and informed a manager-they told him they will check with IT.
On January 8th 2017 returned to McDonalds and was told by a manager he needs to contact his bank.
Bank said there is a $15 charge per transaction to dispute the charges. $60 total
On January 10th went back to McDonalds and they took his name and number and said someone would call him.
On January 17th I called McDonalds as my name is on this account as well. I explained the situation to Roberto. He took my name and number and told me he would call me back.
On January 18th I called for Roberto. He was not there.
On January 19th I called for Roberto. He was not there.
On January 20th I called for Roberto. He was not there. Albertina said she was the manager and that Roberto told her to get my name and number.
January 20th submitted complaint on line. Response was to contact the store.
January 23rd I called McDonald’s again. LaToya(manager) told me that their IT guy Eric Falkner told her they only show one transaction and I need to call our bank. She refused to provide Eric’s number but will have him call me. She did give me her supervisors number Sylvia Garcia. I called and left a voicemail for her. I contacted my bank and will start the dispute process.

Awesome service and I love the employees! Very sweet people. And I see them make a lot of customers smile. Your crew member Eric, very sweet boy. Keep up the good work!!����

I have had 3 orders in a row and they got all three wrong. Also complained about their offer for a two for the price of one quarter pounder with cheese..Printed on their very own reciept. Rude and poor communication..Three strikes and you're out
