Applebee's

This place has def stepped it up. Great service and food ! So glad gave it a chance or wed be missing out

We were there at 8 pm on 7/20. We were seated within 2 minutes. My wife and I sat there until 8:30 pm without being greeted by a waiter. No one took our drink order or even acknowledged our presence. I just got off the phone with the manager and I could characterize his reaction as someone who could have cared less about the bad service we got. I will never ever go back again. BTW I live 3 minutes from this establishment!!

I went here for a late afternoon lunch, the place was not crowded by any stretch of the imagination. The manager seated me and I waited 15 minutes for any kind of waitstaff to at minimum take my drink order, I watched as the manager sat more people close to me and, I watched them wait... finally after another 10 minutes I attempted to get the managers attention but, to no avail.. I watched as the others seated in the same section try to get the attention of the manager and waitstaff unfortunately, their efforts were in vain as well..

I finally got up and went to find someone to get the manager for me, after all, he was the one that seated me.. when he finally came from the back to talk to me, it only got worse!

After explaining the situation, he looked at me and said very loudly "I don't wait on people, that's what waiters are for".

Needless to say I turned to walk out followed by the people who were seated after me. I can't speak of their food, for obvious reasons but, what I can say is I will never again even think about going back to this place! EVER!

My family had lunch at this Applebee`s today. I ordered the new vadalia onion sirloin, cooked "medium". What I got was extremely well done. They remade the steak and again cooked it beyond well done. I told them to just cancel my order and I ended up eating my son`s cold, leftover grilled cheese. When the waitress brought the check, she told us that the price of the steak was taken off our bill (like she was doing me a big favor) and we got no discount for anything else, we got no card for our next visit. We didn't even get the manager to come to our table to offer an apology. I ordered a steak, waited for them to make it TWICE, and then ate half of a cold grilled cheese sandwich with not even a "sorry" or a discount! We will never go back to this aweful Applebee`s!!!

I eat at applebees pretty much all over the country and I've never had a bad experience til now. And I thought truckstops were bad. I sat at the bar since I'm by myself and the bartender formed because I didn't want to eat on somebody else's druel. They are nasty and he never wiped it. Most bartenders keep a clean bar but I felt like I was eating off the floor and from the looks of the broccoli, it was fresh out of the trashcan. The steak wasn't bad for being kicked around in the floor and the coke taste like diet AND it's nasty pepsi but I hear the ketchups good!

I have tried this place about 3 times, thinking each time it would be better. It was the same all three times..not bad...but not memorable.
