Victory Express Carwash

I just returned from the car wash & not happy! The idea of an express car wash in my area is just fantastic, however, this one needs a lesson in Customer Service. After choosing the type of wash,paid cash..looking for a receipt when the attendant ran& said 'hurry up'....& he said I had to push the button immediately. Saying 'how would I know that?'..he responded 'good question'. Oh well, as I drove through I asked him to remove the antenna, he did..& proceeded to the dry off area & vacuum That';s when I noticed the spare tire cover was GONE!!. I went to the attendant, who smirked saying, 'Oh I think it was pulled off, and eaten up by the machines'. I requested compensation, $20. He said I should have read the disclaimer, which I had, BUT I insisted he could have warned me these things have happened!! He was by my car at the entrance, and saw the cover on the wheel. He refused to give me the name of the owner, & didn't even offer a FREE car wash as a gesture of good faith!
