        Quality work. Clean environment. Never in my 30 plus years has a dentist successfully convinced me to floss and, now, I want to do it. Highly recommended.

        he makes going to the dentist fun

        Dr. Jim Formaker is by far the best dentist I have ever been to. I actually look forward to going to the dentist every time. He is a great dentist and he makes me laugh!!!

        Most Awesome Dentist

        Dr. Formaker is probably the most awesome dentist I've ever known. His work is perfect every time, and his sense of humor is amazing. I highly recommend his office to anyone looking for a dentist.
