I have no idea where you people went - Staff is helpfull and there is nothing LAZY about that front desk. All the staff is compassionate and caring. There are times all vet clinics smell - it is a vet clinic.....The lazy person as you called her will clean anything that an owner doesnot and can only do so much. With the amount of people they see in a day there dhould be three of her and at least 2 doctors and mor techs. Like I said I do not know ehere you people went but I have been going here for more then 10 years and will only refer this place. Your reviews might be yout opinion but here is mine from a client that will go no where else. Mary

This is not a place I would recommend for any dog or cat owner. The staff is not friendly towards the customers and I wouldn't trust them with any of my pets. The secretary is very rude and is lazy. The place smells very bad.

The doctor was awful, he was in a hurry and didnt want to answer my questions. It took the Vet tech four tries to give my chihuahua his shots(so my dog was poked four times before he actually gave him the shot)! They didnt seem to care about anything else besides getting you in-n-out and taking your cash. I will never go back.

I would warn anyone to bring cash. This office only wants $$$$$and could care less about the animals. It is sad.They make you wait for ever. Thoughfullness is not their qualities.

Awful doctor, that took no time to examine injured paw with splinter and alot of pain when dog walks. Always chewing at area and doctor ignored all of that. I wouldn't go back there if my dog was dying. Office smelled of urine and droppings. Dirty waiting room and staff not friendly. He charged for office visit and spray on antiboics and told us if she continues to chew on pay than bring her back. DUD.
