I made the decision to buy my first home, I just happened to be lucky enough to live next door to Denise Buckwalter a Judy Boone Realty agent, I approached Denise to ask if she would help me in my search. She sat down with me and we covered all the basics of what you are looking for, price range, area and so forth. I also asked Denise if she could refer me to a good mortgage broker, Denise was more than happy to, after obtaining my pre-approval, Denise found several houses that fit what I was looking for. We spent about a total of a week going around looking at the actual houses that Denise and I had selected from the internet. Sure enough one of the houses fit the bill. Denise and I wrote up an offer and we closed on the house one month later. Denise made this whole process seamless and easy possible.
