        One of the very best restaurants in Newtown. Reservations strongly suggested. Large variety of interesting dishes, expertly prepared, pleasant interior, good bar, very attentive service. Especially good cream soups of all kinds, lovely salads, curious salt and pepper shakers different on every table, sparkling white table cloths and fresh flowers, candles too. Open for lunch and dinner Monday through Saturday, and usually busy; Open for dinner only on Sunday at 4. Highly recommended.
