Some of the best Mexican food I've ever had and their drinks were delicious and freshly made. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a more upscale Mexican dining experience.

Overall

For starters, I am completely flabbergasted by the fact that there is only one review for this restaurant and the fact that it is an absolute inaccurate representation of how wonderful this restaurant really is. I have been there now on 4 occasions over the span of the last 3 years, and every individual experience was unique yet memorable to say the least. My last visit on Father's Day embodied everything that I have felt about this restaurant from the first day I stepped foot inside. I want to be clear that the only other person who wrote about this restaurant clearly did not look at the food or taste it either because every single one of their dishes is bursting with exotic fruit flavors (many dishes have mango) and dashes of Mexican spices that give it that authentic Mexican flavor. I ordered the Chicken Mole which comes with a choice of sides and let me tell you that you will regret not ordering their cranberry quinoa as it is a brilliant mesh of quinoa, cranberries, cilantro, mango and other unknown spices that make it the best quinoa I've ever tasted! My mom ordered the Kobe Beef which was so tender she claims that it practically melted right onto her palate and judging by the long close of her eyes as she engulfed her taste buds on a trip to Baja and back, I can only assume it was tasty (I don't eat beef). Did I mention that our Server treated my dad like ROYALTY? Not only did he suggest that my dad flip over his large glass of fresh Ceviche and mix it up to make sure all ingredients were properly mixed before indulging, Steven asked if he could do it himself and went right ahead and mixed the Ceviche up for my dad right in front of us! You can tell that they aren't SUPPOSED to mix it for you as he brought an extra plate and said that he personally finds it tastes better that way! He constantly filled up our waters, constantly came around to make sure we had enough tostadas on the table, constantly asked if we needed more salsa, Habanero chilis, another drink and even invited us back for Taco Tuesday and said it would be a pleasure to serve us again! This gentleman made our experience the best one so far and brought the hospitality and generosity of Mexico right to our table. He was informative about the menu offering extensive knowledge of the ingredients, honest about his preferred dishes (not the most expensive ones-uncommon), and was CONSTANTLY smiling. Attentive is an UNDERSTATEMENT. I cannot wait to go back and I sure hope that Steven is our server! Oh not to mention the fact that we were seated at the window-basically on the BAY! I don't see why anyone would give this place less than 5 STARS! Thanks Steven for moving me to write my FIRST YP.COM review!
