It is one of the largest owners and managers of real estate in the United States with a portfolio of approximately 56 million square feet in its major platforms, primarily located in the New York and Washington, D.C., metropolitan areas. The trust's four major platforms include: New York City Office; Washington, D.C. Office; Retail Properties and Merchandise Mart. Vornado Realty Trust also has minority interests in Americold Realty Trust, Alexander s, Toys R Us, Hotel Pennsylvania, Newkirk Realty Trust and GMH Communications. It is a publicly traded company listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol VNO. Steven Roth has been the chief executive officer of Vornado Realty Trust for more than 17 years. He has been with the real estate and financial company for over 17 years. Roth attended Dartmouth College and earned an AB and MBA. Vornado Realty Trust maintains headquarters in New York.
