        horrendous management company....

        horrendous management company. avoid renting from solow. The building has a great view (one sutton place north) but its very laud and not well isolated. Kind of very cheaply made. The company charges you in every possible way and they will increase the rent anytime they will get the chance to do so. Apartments are massively overpriced for building amenities and location. Doorman are nice but the management company actions made me move
