Founded in 1998, The Center for Family Support, also known as CFS, is a nonprofit, human service agency that provides individualized support services and programs for people with developmental and related disabilities. The center serves the residents of New York and New Jersey. It offers in-home care and case management services. The Center for Family Support provides respite assistance for parents and caregivers. The center specializes in job training and community integration programs. It also offers residential group home care solutions. The Center for Family Support provides parent training for developmentally disabled mothers and fathers. The center offers various after-school programs. It additionally provides home- and community-based services for individuals with traumatic brain injuries. The Center for Family Support s partners and donors include the Metzger-Price Fund, Med-World Pharmacy, Aetna and BPN Montaigne.
