Personal Touch Car Wash

This place is not worth the money! I paid almost $27 for the Platinum wash. It was a hurried wash and vacuum by rude workers. My vehicle still has tons of crumbs in it. They did not try to vacuum in between the seats. The worker said that they didn't have a vacuum for that. I paid good money for them to clean my car. He stated that I could buy another service if I really wanted it vacuumed.

I do not recommend using this business. It is not worth the money at all.

I have been a loyal customer for about 7+ years. You used to give great service at reasonable prices, however I have noticed over the years as the prices go up the quality goes down. There was a time when your employees were meticulous and would even clean the garbage out of the door pockets. Now the only "garbage" they remove from my vehicle are the 5-cent returnable bottles. In the past year I have noticed more consistent problems with exterior streaks, window streaks, entire areas that were not towel dried, and sloppy ArmorAll application on my tires. One time I got home to find some kind of dried-on, milky-white cleaning solution dripped down the inside of one of my doors which thankfully came off easily and didn't stain. My latest visit on April 3rd was the worst yet; I immediately noticed a large area on my tailgate and around the rear license plate that hadn't been wiped clean... I asked one of your employees to wipe it down and he did. I later noticed that both of my side-view mirrors hadn't been touched and there are large streaks on the interior windshield. I also paid $5 extra to power-wash my plastic floor liners (which I don't mind paying) but I was left with a puddle of mud on the driver's side (if you provide me with an email address I will send you a picture). I am further disappointed that you have discontinued all of your customer loyalty programs and that your prices will be going up again in the near future. On a positive note, your employees are always very friendly, especially the regular girl at the front desk (sorry I can't remember her name). Your employees seem to be very dedicated and always appear to be working very hard, but I believe they are being rushed too much and that might be why things are getting missed. I might not be back to your car wash for awhile. I've been wanting to try a wash closer to my work (in Madison), but I may return in the future and give you another try. I hope things will improve.
