STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! they talk to you as if you have no sense in what they are talking about. They keep hanging up the phone calls, and make you wait for over 30 minutes. They were real fast on charging my account a good amount that I needed for school books. Problem that I had with them was, I needed my money for college books and went to withdraw the money from their ATM machine, but their ATM processed the transaction but did give me my money. Now, different people said the money will be back within 24-48 hrs, Its been 5 days and still no money. They keep given me the run around, say I have to wait 45 days to see if the dispute will be in my favor.

Stay AWAY!! They are quick to charge fees, but will not give you credits when they are in the wrong. I called in to put a stop on all ach withdrawls and they put a stop payment on my direct deposits meaning I can't pay my rent today!! I am looking into getting a lawyer about this.
