Salon Chic Downtown

I finally found the best salon ever..I have struggled for years to find a place I can call my salon.. well Salon Chic is it..I had the opportunity of getting my hair fixed by the owner (Rose) and I was so happy with my results..love my Salon Chic...the atmosphere is great everyone is so happy and they made me feel like a gueen...thanks to Rose and her staff..love you guys, Janie.

Serena did my eyelash extensions for a wedding. The first time was great, although they seemed to fall out really quickly. When I called to set up a follow-up, it took a week for her to even return my call. I finally got in for a follow up, but the day after, one eye was completely red, crusty, and swollen. Chunks of glue were hanging from my lids, and they were flaky and itchy. I had to wear glasses for a week, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting extensions. I texted Serena to ask if I could come in so she could look at them, but she never responded. Poor work and bad customer service.

The BEST colorists anywhere are at this place! Love them!
