Eddie's Shuttle Service

I have used Eddie's service on several occasions and from trip one I realized I have finally found a "go to" cab service in New Bern. This is not for lack of shopping around either, I came to my conclusion based on trying all of the other services here in town. Eddie is as easy to get along with as he is professional. He has never been late for pick up once, in fact he's always early. He is hospitable and easy going, beyond capable of great conversation but only if you so choose. My most recent trip I was really in a bind because I had no transportation to an early am docs appointment and stood to be charged a $150 cancelation fee. I called Eddie at 8:07 and told him the situation and that I needed to be there by 9. Not only did he break his day in advance requirement and came right away but I was 20min early. Let me be clear, there is a strict required day advance rule for am fares. With that being said he saved me big time. I now recommend him to every I know, even over Uber and lift because his fare is much more reasonably priced! I hope my reviewed can save you the troubles I faced before having found Eddie's shuttle taxi service.

I had a problem with my RV, needed ride to NAPA for some parts.

Eddie arrived very quickly. His car was very clean, and he was playing some 1960's tunes on the radio. Had a nice conversation with him on the trip. He waited for me to complete my transaction.

Prompt, professional service. Nice clean car. Our flight was very late (1:00 am). Eddie was there waiting. When we found that our equipment didn't make the flight, he picked it up the next day and delivered it to us in Atlantic Beach.

Helped me to my storage and waited for me than brought me back to the hotel that was staying at and didn't charge me an arm and a leg definitely use this taxi clean car and all around awsome
