Buffalo Wild Wings

So normally I don't do this but this was the WORST service I have ever received. Upon arrival we were told to sit down in cocktail area due to the crowd we obliged. It took 4 servers to walk by us and 15 min before we were asked if we were helped. We overlooked it. My husband then ran out of his drink and we watched our server gladly bounce back and fourth between tables full of men. I understand tips are important but so is good customer service. So an hour passes by no food, no drinks. I can't even count how many servers looked at our empty cups and continued on and then count how many times our server looked at us and continued to go back and fourth between the two tables full of men. FINALLY one heaven sent server approached us and asked if we needed a refill. Needless to say we will NOT BE BACK here. But I thank that waitress who cared enough to refill our drinks.

Upon arrival at this location, host was unsure of what to do. We were told to choose a seat but couldn't cause every booth was still iffy from the previous customer. We ordered out drinks and appetizers and after that our waiter never come back to check on us or how we were doing. It was 15-20 minutes before he came back around to see how we were. The service sucks and the place is filthy. I would not recommend
this location to anyone to eat at.(I would not have gave this place a star if It would have let me submit this review without giving at least one star!)
