        Overall

        Was referred to David by my friend. My friend is very selective on his vendors so I can rest assured that David is top notch! And my friend has been building his home wirh David's service for a while and still highly recommend David. I got David to come take a look at the house I was planning to make an offer on. So glad I have David came to take a look because the house was way overpriced for the amount of work and fixing we would have to do.



        David is also a structural engineer which was perfect because this house has foundation issue and is in a hill area so he was able to tell us the foundation issue is a major one and it will be costly to fix.



        Once we get our home we will be in touch with David again.
