Provided by SuperpagesRick was a lifesaver, after waiting almost 2 hours for Onstar to find a tow he responded promptly and efficiently. My ride was not there yet (he was more dependable than my ride lol) he offered to give me a ride to the nearest public establishment so I wouldn't have to wait in the heat. Beware of the lies. They wouldn't even work with the BBB to resolve!
The encounter with owner, James was beyond deceitful. At least he gave me the right name of his company, so I could reference it here. There was no sign posted that his was the company in charge of the tow on that private drive, and had no proof that he had reason to tow. Seems like a petty way to make a little cash late at night on a weekend in a nice quiet neighborhood. I also had to enter a 1 star rating to post this comment.
The Heartland Towing Co. In Omaha Nebraska is a fine establishment, but the information on this site is an audacious tragedy. How dare you display a map and address that is completely false!? I hope noone ever uses your site and that you get shut down immediately! For any clumsy fool who wandered here seeking any sort of information, Heartland Towing Co. is located at 5905 F St. and has been in business since 1998. I would trust a more accredited site like Better Business Bureau @www.bbb.com

Provided by Superpages"I said you have my car you have to tell me where your business is" HE SAID NO I DO NOT.The Business Auto 1 Towing does not provide a location. My car was towed by Auto 1 Towing. The said lot had only one sign and was place in a location not visible by all of the lot. The tow took place at 12:15 at night. I had been visiting a tenet of the apartment. When I came out to leave at 12:35 I assumed my car had been stolen. I was able to find out through the building super that the lot a sign with a number to call. I called and they informed me that they would not release the location of their business until I had the 245.50 dollars. I said you have my car you have to tell me where your business is. I was finally able to work it out of him after a long negotiation. What cut throat hole in the wall business does that. It is a scam and should be shut down. I will be asking how the number was figured and a break down of the figures upon picking up my "stolen" vehicle!
