Acewarez

We were blessed to have been given the name of Acewarz by CompUSA after we purchased our PC at another store in 2006. Numerous problems with our custom-built computer became evident once we tried making movies. Acewarez was knowledgeable and willing to work with us at our home and over the phone. When most problems that could be solved were under control, Acewarez worked with us via Crossloop which allowed them to take control of our computer remotely saving a trip to our home.



When Acewarez did come to our home, they was punctual, began work immediately, and worked continuously and tirelessly many times for 3-4 hours. Acewarez recommendation that we get the Ghost program to create a mirror image of our machine came in extremely handy when we were locked out of our own computer by the builder of our computer. The program Ghost restored our system and overwrote any changes he made that we had not authorized the computer builder to make.



Acewarez also worked on computers for relatives of ours and treated them extremely well and they praised Acewarez's work on their machines and said they would use their skills again. Acewarez has always been more than fair in any fees they have charged us and many times did help over the phone at no charge. We owe them a great debt of gratitude for the many problems they solved for us. Most importantly, at no time did they ever refuse to help on anything we asked and they never acted in a condescending manner which we experienced with other computer builders.



I am sure that anyone who hires Acewarz will be extremely pleased with the caliber and thoroughness of their help. I would not hesitate to recommend them as they has proven their skills and professionalism.

The guy from Acewarez arrived on time and promptly starting working. My computer was infected with malware and running very slowly. He had it up and running it what seemed like no time flat. He also updated my software and setup some security software to help prevent this in the future. Overall I am very pleased with the service and would recommend them to my friends and family.
