I have to say. These guys were wonderful. We purchased our 4th vehicle from them today! German was an excellent! He helped us me get into the car I really wanted. The sales man had helped me get into a comfortable monthly payments. I'm so thankful! And the mechanic Abdul is excellent! He's always has help us, if any of our cars had any problem or concerns. Abdul, Mike, Mauricio, Don, Dennis, Tim, the Finance and Service Crews walked me through the entire process, answered all of my questions, and made me feel at home. Financing was easy. Car was fully detailed. They even gave me tips on shipping my new Lincoln Navigator L. cross country. Their cars are top shelf and the Service was wonderful. This place is a great place to buy a car. They hooked me up with a great range rover at a great cost and great payments. They have a large selection on vehicles to Nissan Chevy and range rovers. They have a great staff that's friendly check out this place it’s a great over all dealer helped me out a lot with my first car.

Words cannot express the experience I've had with National City Auto. I've been eyeing the vehicles here for the past year and finally came in and purchased a 2010 Ford Taurus. The staff is extremely welcoming, very friendly, and surprisingly accommodating. I say surprisingly because the last few local dealerships were very harsh, annoying and dry, so to speak. I explained my current situation and they were PHENOMENAL. They were so understanding, very uplifting, and most important of all kept me within my budget. They bent their back to get me in the vehicle that I needed and I am so grateful. Special thank you to Herbie and Mike for working extra hard in making this happen for me. I will never forget how these gentlemen helped me get a start on my new life. I am truly, TRULY thankful.

I was window shopping for cars today, not expecting to buy one. This lot had tons of beautiful quality cars. I was so impressed with the wide selection and I found the perfect car. Clean title, one owner, clean car fax, fully loaded. Rene helped me out and showed us everything he had. They have competitive prices, and will negotiate with you to make the deal happen. Come prepared with your negotiation skills on hand. This is a family owned business and they have your best interest in mind. Would recommend to anybody looking for a used car in very good condition.

Great service here in this auto center! Great service from the guys, including Rene and Benito. They really help us through and guided us in finding the information and picking the ideal car. Each person has a different opinion; mine would have to be that it's a great place! I highly recommend in buying cars from here. They are very nice, neat, and would really help you out through the process of finding the car you really want. It was a good test drive; the car is in well conditions. Couldn't ask for any better. Just bought a truck that I had looked at three different dealerships all over southern California. Just so happens that this was my last stop prior to going with a different model and I am glad I did. Everyone here was friendly and able to answer all my questions. I was in and out in less than an hour with the nicest truck of the ones that I had looked at for a very competitive price below retail. Nothing but positive things to say.

Came to this place couple of times before buying a car, excellent service with the salesperson Mr. Carlos. He explained every detail about the car and helped me with what I needed. I totally recommend this dealership if you are looking for European vehicles. Salesperson is great, excellent help with finance, the manager was really annoying about the price and buying the vehicle but at the end had a wonderfully experience. Don't forget to ask for Mr. Carlos or Mr. Herby. Definitely coming back.

This is the first place my husband and I came to looking for a luxury SUV and ended up getting the luxury treatment to go with it as well. We were greeted professionally right when we walked through the lot and the salesman was extremely friendly which is not always the case at some other dealers I've been to in the past. They were not pushy at all and were very knowledgeable about every car we were interested in. We test drove a car and fell in love with it. After looking around a few other places, we came back here realizing they had the cleanest car for the best deal. We would have liked a little more money taken off the price but it was the lowest we found after searching within 100 miles. The manager was also very kind in answering our most challenging questions as well. I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for great treatment with honest salespeople.
