If I could give no stars I would. 5 or 6 parties walked in with no hostesses in sight. There was 1 frantic waiter that kept making eye contact with us. Not giving you our money tonight if you can't even seat us!

While Chilis is an overdone chain, there are some merits to celebrate. The food is consistently high quality (who doesn't love skillet queso), but I've had an issue with takeout wait times.

Pretty busy during college semesters yet the service is super slow. The food can take over 20 minutes to get to your table after you order, and the waiters rarely check your table. I'm assuming they need more staff.

Great food and great service. Relaxed atmosphere and also family friendly. Would definitely recommend

Good food but our server spilled beer on me (I didn't even order beer) and was just kind of erratic.
