All About Automotive Inc

Being a former employ from this company I know that I would never bring my car in for repairs to them. I have seen some things that would make a car owner cringe. Like painting parts so they look new even though they are not. They have taking excessive time to get work done on customer cars even though the customers have done everything in their power to get their car back. I could go on and on but I will spare you the time to read all of what I have seen from their work. Just be worried if you have your car there and know that this business is not about return customers but rather taking advantage of AAA customers that are in a very bad spot.

I have already referred two of my friends to Chris and his shop, who themselves were more then satisfied with the honest work, and fair prices, being single moms themselves. ITs a small family owned and operated business and I can't say enough more about Chris and his employee's!! Thank you so much Chris for all your help and rescuing me that night, I'll never forget you, and will always be coming to you and your shop for ALL my cars needs. From the bottom of my heart, Thank you sir!

After I recieved the estimate, my car was unable to drive or operate, I was forced to leave the car at the shop. Chris gave me a loaner car, infact he was out of business loaners, so he offered one of his personal cars so that I may get home safely and to work and daycare the next day. I obviously took him up on his offer of a free loaner and the next day phoned "Several" shops all over. Everyones estimate was over Chris's prices by literally Hundreds of dollars. In the end, About Automotive completed the work on my car, and not only in a timely fashion, but with honesty and integrity. Chris explained to me having a wife and little ones at home, he would not feel right leaving a single woman stranded on the side of the road with her kids. He gave me his own personal car to use, with NO CHARGE to me, and knowing that I would likely take my car to another shop for repairs. I would like to highly thank About Automotive and its owner Chris for all the "honest" and hard work he provided to me. I am a single mother and being a female in the auto business is extremely hard to not get taken advantage of or lied to. My car broke down in a very sketchy neighborhood, and being a single female alone in the car with my two kids was very nerve racking. After speaking with the dispatcher at About Automotive, I was told it would be at least 45 minutes before the tow truck would be able to arrive. At thsi point I explained how scared I was to be in the car alone with my kids and have to wait any length of time. He placed me on hold for no less then one minute, and before I knew the owner himself was on the phone explaining to me he himself, would be personally coming to my rescue so that I would not have to wait any longer on the side of the road in a dangerous location with my two kids. Chris personally towed me into his shop, gave me an estimate for repairs.
