        Overall

        Fish was cooked to perfection but don't recommend the paella. Service was great. Obviously, much improved since 2007. Worth going there just for the Shrimp Grits.

Established in 2003, the restaurant offers sweeping views of Lake Dora with multiple options for dining in the main dining room, semi-private, private, and outside areas of the establishment. Pisces Rising is a proud supporter of regional sustainability and utilizing fresh, local ingredients in culinary dishes first and foremost whenever possible.
