Overall
RMA

I have been through a series of treatments at RMA. I would recommend them for basic fertility treatments, such as clomid, or IUIs. If you are in need of an IVF cycle I would strongly advise you to look into other practices. They push PGD testing in a big way. I had very little success there, and chose to go elsewhere. They were dishonest with me in terms of the time needed to do the PGD testing, and then getting documentation of the treatments was impossible. My insurance company was much better to deal with. When I asked one member of the financial team at RMA to please submit an insurance claim for the PGD testing, she told me there was no need because the insurance never pays. Well, luckily for me....4 phone calls later they finally lodged the claim. My insurance paid.

They have way too many patients, so always expect a long wait. You are definitely treated like a number there.....which is o.k to a certain point, but when you are made to feel bad for asking questions that's when I believe it becomes a problem. You are rushed in and out of your appointments. I had an internal ultrasound where the Dr didn't even acknowledge me.
